Apply a ribbon of Colgate Total across the head of your toothbrush, this is about 1 gram of toothpaste.Brush for one minute twice a day.Children under 7 should use a pea sized amount to minimise swallowing.

Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Do not store above 25 Celsius degrees. Do not use after the expiry date on the end of the carton and the tube.
